What is Multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a
password.
Use Microsoft Authenticator for iPhone users:
1. Go to the App store.
2. Select the Microsoft Authenticator App.
3. Your employee email address should be updated and visible within the app, if not. Please contact via email:
workday@favoritestaffing.com.
The displayed code will be used for the 2-step authentication identifier when signing into Workday
4. Go to the Workday website utilizing the link below:
https://wd3.myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/acaciumgroup/login.htmld
5. Enter your username and password for Workday.
6. Enter the authentication/ security code into Workday.
