How to Download and Use Workday Mobile App

Getting Started: Installing Workday Mobile

DOWNLOADING WORKDAY

ANDROID

To download Workday Mobile on your Android device:

1. From your device, navigate to the Google Play Store and click install.

2. Tap Install, then Open to launch the Workday Mobile app.

3. Tap the Log In button.

4. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the initial setup steps for your company.

IPAD AND IPHONE

To download Workday Mobile on your iPad or iPhone:

1. From your device, navigate to the App Store and click install.

2. Tap Open once the app has downloaded.

3. Tap Log In.

4. Our Organization ID Acaciumgroup

5. Select your applicable Company SSO link

6. Enter your Microsoft Credentials and the authentication code for multi factor authentication (this may vary by company).

7. Check the box for Remember this Device then hit Submit.

8. (Optional) If you wish to login to the mobile app without entering your username and password, Select Use Face ID, or Skip if you wish to not use this feature.

9. Click Allow or Don't Allow if you wish to receive Workday notifications.

10. Tap OK to enable push notifications or Cancel to disable push notifications.

USER PREFERENCES ON MOBILE

You can change your preferences such as preferred language, locale, currency, and more on Workday Mobile.

1. From the Workday Mobile Home screen, tap your Profile photo.

2. Under Settings, tap Change Preferences.
