How To Initiate A Qualifying Life Event Benefit Change in Workday

1.  Log in to your Workday account through the Favorite Website:   www.favoritestaffing.com.  You MUST use your Web Browser to log-in using Single Sign-On from your phone, laptop, or desktop.  Do NOT enroll in benefits via the app.  Corporate employees, use your Single Sign-On.

 

  1. To log in, please use your Mobilize credentials.

 

2. Select Profile.


 

3.  On the Workday home screen click Benefits and Pay under Your Top Apps: 

 

4.  Click Change Benefits.


 5.  Select the “Change Reason” that best suits your Qualifying Life Event and enter the effective date/date of the event.

 

 

 

 

6.  BEFORE hitting “submit”, you must upload evidence of the Qualifying Life Event.   Examples include a Birth Record, Marriage License, letter stating loss of previous coverage, etc.

 

  

 

7.  After hitting submit, you will see the enrollment box pop up.  Click “Open” and select your benefits.  If you need assistance with this, please see the Enrolling in Benefits How-to Guide?
