1. Navigate to view Benefits from the Workday Home Page by going to the Menu bar in the top left corner.
2. Select Benefits and Pay Module
3. Click on Benefits to view, edit and update Benefits information
4. Under Benefit Election tabs, you can update and change benefits enrollment through a qualified life event or select change retirement savings to update 401K contributions.
5. Under the Benefits by Date tab, you can view what your current benefit elections as of effective date.
6. Under the Dependent tab, you can add end edit dependents personal information under your benefits plan.
7. Under the Beneficiaries tab, you can only add and edit beneficiaries personal information. **Please note if wanting to add a new beneficiary to your benefits plans, you will need to go under the Benefit election tabs, select Change Benefits and selection change reason as Beneficiary Designation Change.
8. Under ACA Forms, If ACA eligible, you have the option to opt in to choose how you would like to receive your 1095-C tax forms electronically or both paper and electronically.
9. Under Suggested links, you can access and review the current year Benefit Guide and all the benefits Favorite offers as well a list of all the benefit providers contact information.
