RECRUITER SCREEN
Once an application is completed by a candidate in Workday, the Recruiter will be able to reach out and schedule a screening. The screen will have our standard questions along with any individualized determined dealbreaker questions from the Role Intake.
Note: As the Hiring Manager, you will have access to the candidates in your pipeline. Once the Recruiter has completed their screen, you will be able to see all notes in their candidate profile along with a Message to Manager with recommendations.
1. From the Candidate’s profile, click on Questionnaire Results then Interview from the tabs along the top.
MANAGER REVIEW & INTERVIEW
Once the candidate has been sent to the manager for review you will receive a notification like the one below in your Inbox.
1. Click on the notification in your mailbox to go to the candidate profile.
2. Then select the Questionnaire Results tab. At the top of the page select Interview. This will allow you to review all notes from the Recruiter Screen.
3. Once you have reviewed the notes, decide if you would like to move forward with an interview at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you choose to select Manager Interview, the Recruiter will be notified to set up the interview. If you choose NOT Interested, the Recruiter will be notified, and the candidate will be dispositioned.
4. Once you have selected Manager Interview, an Action Item will show in your Inbox like the one below. This will give you an opportunity to give feedback to the recruiter.
5. You will choose a rating and provide candidate feedback in the Comment section. If you are choosing to extend an offer, you can communicate that in the comments. The recruiter will be notified of your feedback.
Note: If you choose to extend an offer, you can also reach out to the recruiter. As the Hiring Manager, you do not have access to initiate the Offer process. To begin the offer process, the recruiter will need a start date and base compensation.
