How to Reset Terminated THP's Password

Most THP's can still access Mobilize and SSO into Workday using the following instructions: How to Sign Into Workday Via SSO - THP's. Most THP's will receive their W2's via mail If the address we have on file for them is accurate. If a THP does not have access to Mobilize because they are terminated due to an HR reason, see below instructions for how to reset their password:

1.  Search for the terminated THP and navigate to their worker profile

2. Have the THP confirm their contact information to make sure you are resetting the correct account

3.  Click : Actions > Security Profile > Manage Workday Account Credentials

4.  Provide the THP with their username

(this will be "fav_ the email address we have on file for them) Example for Post Malone whose email is Posty972@gmail.com username is fav_posty972@gmail.com)

5.  Make sure the THP still has access to the Email notification on file, if they do not, please email Workday@favoritestaffing.com so that someone on the team can change the email on file. 

6.  Check the Generate Random Password check box, then click OK.

The THP will receive an email from acaciumgroup@myworkday.com with their temporary password. When they login for the first time, Workday will require them to reset their temporary password. 

Password rules: 

Your new password must not be the same as your current password or user name. Minimum number of characters required: 8. The following character types must be represented: alphabetic characters, uppercase characters, lowercase characters, Arabic numerals 0 - 9, special characters !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;=>?@[\]^_`{|}~.   The password must not have been used within the following number of last passwords: 4.
