How to do Performance Discussion and Acknowledgments

1. After clicking Submit, you will receive a new task in your Workday inbox to have a performance discussion with your employee.



2. Once you have a performance discussion with the employee, click Submit on the inbox task.



3. The employee will receive a task in their Workday inbox. The employee will be able to view, but not edit, Feedback, Goals, and Manager Summary comments.

4. To acknowledge the review, have the employee click on Get Started on the inbox task.



5. Once the employee has reviewed the contents, they click on Next and choose Acknowledge Review from the Status box, leave any desired comments, and click Submit.

6. Employee clicks Submit.


7.  You will receive a new inbox task for you to Acknowledge the review as well. Click on Get Started. 


8. You can review any comments left by the employee at the bottom of the page and click Next.

9. Choose Acknowledge Review in the Status box. Click Submit to complete the review process.
