USING AN EXISTING POSITION
An Existing Position should be used when replacing a worker that has moved from the position due to Termination or a Job Change.
From the Homepage or Menu:
1. Select My Team Management.
2. From the Actions page, click on Hire for Job Requisition.
3. Fill in necessary fields, including the Supervisory Organization and Worker Type. Click on For Existing Position. Choose the unfilled, existing position from the drop-down and click OK.
4. To get started, click on the pencil icon in the top, corner of the Recruiting Information fields. Fill in all fields marked by a *. When finished, click on Next to move to through the sections.
5. In the Recruiting Details, a pop up will show once you click on Reason. Since this is an Existing Position, choose Recruiting-Replacement.
6. The job description will automatically populate in the Job section. You will not be able to edit this information, however, you are expected to review it and ensure it matches what you are looking for. If the description does not match what you are hiring for, please reach out to your Talent Team. Do not edit any information in the Compensation details or the Questionnaire.
7. In the Compensation section, the Salary or Hourly fields will be available based on the pay type tied to the Job Position. Enter and Allowances at this time. Do not fill in the Bonus or Commission fields. These will be added upon extending a job offer to a candidate.
8. Before submitting, use the Summary page to double check that all information has been entered correctly. If there is a section that needs to be corrected, click on the pencil icon in the corner of that section. Click the checkmark when finished.
Note: It is critical that all information is entered correctly. Incorrect information will prevent you from moving through the steps and can result in a processing delay.
9. Click Submit when finished. The Job Requisition will be routed to the Talent Acquisition team to continue the process. They will contact you to schedule an intake session.
