How to Change the Business Title of a Worker on Your Team:

1. Navigate to the My Team Management Dashboard located under 'Your Top Apps' on your homepage:

2. Under Actions, select 'Business Title Change':

3. Select the worker on your team, and click OK, or enter

4. Enter the desired Effective Date, and proposed Business Title, then click Submit:

5. The proposed business title will then be routed to HR for approval. Once approved, the new business title will reflect on the workers profile and applicable reports.
