We recommend entering compensation increases only if there are no changes to the employee's job or job duties. If there are changes to the employee's job or if they are being promoted, please enter a Job Change, click here to see the Job Change Knowledge Article.
From the Homepage or Menu:
1. Select My Team Management.
2. Select Request Compensation Change, from the Actions section on the right.
3. Select the Effective date and the employee, then press OK
NOTE: It is recommended to request this comp change at the start of a pay period.
4. Select an Increase Reason:
5. Enter the new amount, and amount change or a percent change, then click Submit
